In October of 2020, – Quirch Foods acquired CBBC Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Colorado Boxed Beef, a protein distributor and solutions provider offering products and services to ethnic grocers and foodservice distributors. The move further expanded the company’s geographic footprint by adding 11 distribution centers throughout the US, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to becoming the leading U.S. distributor and exporter of protein and ethnic food products. In addition to broadening its core domestic U.S. retail business, the transaction has increased the company’s ability to service the foodservice distributor channel.

With high-quality retail brands and programs such as Suspended Fresh^®, High River Angus^®, Diamond Reef Seafood^®, among others; this acquisition was a great addition to our company’s portfolio of products.
